Safety is in the hands of the user, like driving. Look beyond, judge distance. I would admit that 150ft from a BORDER should be required. Otherwise you probably would have someone sitting fairly close to a house. AS far as Cross Bows, I see little difference since the use of mechanical releases and even lazer sites have become so popular. It’s like anything else.
